If you send us an email, it is our policy to reply to all general sales enquiries within 2 working days and all enquiries regarding an existing order within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received an email back from us within this time please check your junk mail or re-send your message.
We may decline to accept any order, or any part of an order, without giving any reason. All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
Online - Orders can be placed online through the website by following the simple step by step instructions. Payment is due at the time of order and will be processed using our Secure Payment Provider; Realax. We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Maestro debit or credit card. All international orders are processed using 3DSecure Payment Technology.
Online orders will receive confirmation via e-mail that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence.
Telephone - For a personal friendly service place an order over the telephone by calling our store on 028 4065 1272 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm and paying by credit or debit card.
To cancel your order please call us on 028 4065 1272 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions. Please quote your order number and any other relevant information.
Standard Delivery is £3.95 - Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2-3 working days*.

We can deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and some Scottish postcodes may take longer. We currently do not deliver internationally.
Certain products have specific charges for delivery and/or may have extended delivery times. If this is the case, the charge will be shown on the product page. Where an order total is over £300 the order will be delivered free of charge unless the items in the basket are classed as oversize. For any queries on oversize product delivery charges please contact us.
If you return an item(s) to us you are entitled to a full refund providing:
• You provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• The goods are returned to us within 30 days of being delivered to you.
• The goods are returned in a saleable condition, with their original packaging, unless they are faulty.
Returning to Store:
Please take the item(s), along with your original till receipt or delivery note to the store, who will process your refund.

2. Pack Parcel & Return to Us
Stick your pre-paid Returns Label to the outer parcel. Drop off your parcel at your local Post Office branch and ask for proof of postage if required.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service by post, please follow the normal returns process and place a new order for the alternative product. We will normally process postal returns within 10 working days of items being received at our warehouse, and confirm your refund by e-mail. Please be aware that some items cannot be returned (unless faulty) if they are perishable, or for health and safety or hygiene reasons.
This includes food stuffs, animal feeds, animal health, riding hats and body protectors. Please call our Customer Services team for a full list. We will refund the cost of standard delivery if an entire order is returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN OF WASTE ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
In accordance with the WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) regulations, Countrywide are full members of the DTS (Distributor Take Back Scheme) and now offer facilities for customers to return household WEEE for recycling. Full details are available in-store or to find your nearest recycling facility, please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk.
We try to make sure all the details contained within the website are accurate. However, images are shown for illustration purposes only and only give a general approximation of the goods. For example, colours and packaging may vary. We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale on the website are in supply, and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full.
All goods already on offer or available as part of other offers will be excluded from any additional sales. Offers are for a limited time only and subject to availability.
